Hilton Head Breakers - rental agreement

Arrival and Departure 
Check-in time is Saturday 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is Saturday 10:00 a.m.

Phone
Our Villa has a private telephone. There are no charge for local calls. Long distance calls must be made by using a telephone calling card, charging to a different number or calling collect. 

Cleaning
The Villa will be cleaned prior to your check-in. Bed and bath linens and a starting supply of toilet tissue and soap are included. 

Reservations
Reservations can be made via email or by phone. 
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of reservation. 
Remaining balance should be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival. 
We do not accept credit cards. 
There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.

Cancellations

All cancellations will result in a forfeit of all your entire payments with the exception of the case when we can rent the villa for the reserved week at the same rate to someone else. 
We will make our best efforts to rent it. If successful, we will apply your payments towards your future stay at our villa. 

There are no refunds for cancellations or interruption due to illness or inclement weather including hurricane evacuation. 
You may want to consider travel insurance for any unforeseen occurrence.

If total number of guests exceed six, or total number of adults exceed four, all guests will be asked to vacate the premises and the total rental charge will be forfeited.

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent villa.

Pets are not allowed.

Liability

It is understood and agreed that owner of said premises shall not be liable for any damages or any injury to renter(s), their family or guest(s), or to damage to their personal property incurred during their stay. Renters, their family and guests bear the risk of any injury.

Renters are liable for the damage to the property occupied as a result of their actions.  
Renters agree to report promptly to owner any mechanical, electrical, plumbing or other problems on premises.
Damage: All item and furnishings must remain in the property and in original condition. Renters will be responsible for any damage.
Renters shall leave the Villa in a clean and sanitary condition upon exit.

It is understood and agreed that the owner or agent shall have the right to enter and inspect premises at all reasonable times to insure maintenance and safety of the premises.  

We want you to be happy!  We will try to accommodate your special requests. Please don't be afraid to ask!
